How much is shipping and when can I expect my order to arrive?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 100$ in Canada. Provided all items are in stock, orders will ship within 1-2 business days. If you provided your email you will be notified as soon as your order is shipped, and you will be given a tracking number. Since we ship all of our products from Quebec, Canada, delivery will depend on where you're located and can be delayed due to customs and national holidays. See rates listed below.

Who do you ship with?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. If you refuse any shipment from us, you are still responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any duties, taxes and customs charges. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Sales Taxes + Duties
Sales tax will be applied automatically during the checkout. Taxes are based on the province where the items are being shipped.
Shipping on Exchanges
We know it can be challenging to pick the correct size online, even when using a size chart. If you simply want to exchange for a different size, and your item meets our 100$ free Shipping, we will cover the shipping. If your item does not meet the benchmark and you originally paid for shipping, we will provide you with a return label, but we will have to charge you for the shipping back to you as per the original order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your item for instructions on how to proceed.
We will provide a pre-paid shipping label that you can print at home, adhere to your parcel and drop off at your nearest Canada Post depot to return the original item to us. We recommend that you place a new order online for the replacement to ensure that we do not sell out of the size or product you wanted! We will email you with a pre-populated checkout so you just have to enter your credit card info, as we do not store that information. This also means you’ll get the new one sooner! Once we receive your original item(s), we’ll process the full refund right away.
We cover shipping one exchange per purchase per customer, excluding accessories.
Depending on where you live, shipping time can vary. When shipping an item for an exchange, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.
